Sealcoating is a protective coating that seals and protects the asphalt from water and the sun’s oxidation. It is proven to expand the life expectancy of any asphalt pavement. Also the sealant makes driveways and parking lots look new again!
It is expected to sealcoat a driveway or parking lot every 2-3 years.
